To ensure our guests a peaceful and safe stay in our apartments, we have developed the following regulations.

The customer who makes an apartment reservation, at the same time accepts these regulations, which are an integral part of the apartment rental agreement.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Reservation

Reservations can be made by filling out the application form on the website, by e-mail or by phone. The confirmation of the reservation is an advance payment of 30% of the rental value to the bank account provided on the website. Within 24 hours of making the reservation, the customer receives an e-mail confirmation. If the booking is made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, confirmation will be sent on Monday. The minimum rental period is two days, or one with an additional fee.

Rental fees

Fees for renting apartments are collected in two installments. The first installment of 30% of the amount due (when booking an apartment for one day, the advance payment is 100%) should be paid by bank transfer within 2 working days of receiving the booking confirmation, but not later than on the day of arrival. Lack of payment within the above period means withdrawal from the rental contract. The Client is obliged to pay the remaining amount on the day of the commencement of the stay. Payments must be made by bank transfer or cash. The advance payment is non-refundable.

Transferring a reservation to another person

At any time, the Customer may transfer to another person all rights due to him under the reservation, if at the same time that person confirms the assumption of all obligations resulting from this reservation. In such a situation, you should immediately notify us of the change of the booking party, providing his personal details (name, surname, contact telephone number, e-mail address).

Arrival and accommodation

The customer is obliged to inform the person responsible for handing over the keys at least one hour before arrival at the apartment. If it is not possible to arrive at the previously agreed time, the Customer is obliged to immediately notify the person responsible for handing over the keys by phone. In addition, the Lessor is obliged to pay the amount shown on the booking confirmation even if, for reasons beyond our control, the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened (personal reasons, communication difficulties, strikes, etc.). For safety reasons, the customer is obliged to present an identity card or other identity document and fill in the registration card immediately upon arrival.

Hotel night

The hotel day lasts from 14.00 on the day of arrival until 11.00 on the day of departure.

Deposit

At the time of handing over the keys to the Customer, a deposit of PLN 200 is charged.

Client's obligations

  1. The number of people who can live in the apartment is limited to the one specified in the offer and cannot be greater than the one specified in the registration card. The customer is obliged to inform us by phone and e-mail about exceeding this number. In such a situation, we offer extra beds. If, upon arrival, this number exceeds the number stated in the offer/reservation confirmation, the person responsible for the keys may refuse to hand them over. If during the stay or at the end of the stay it turns out that the number of inhabited persons is greater than the stated number, the Customer may be charged for the stay of additional persons.
  2. The customer is obliged to take care of maintaining the rules of good neighborliness, including observing the curfew hours (from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am) and maintaining the facility in the condition it was found. In addition, it is his duty to immediately inform the person responsible for handing over the keys about any damage and deficiencies found in the apartment.
  3. The customer is obliged to cover the costs related to any losses that would occur as a result of improper use of the apartment.
  4. The keys to the apartment are handed over directly at the agreed place and time. If the Guest cannot arrive at the previously agreed time, he should immediately inform the person responsible for issuing the keys.
  5. The payment for the stay is made in advance on the day of arrival, when collecting the keys.
  6. Returning the key on the day of departure takes place in a manner agreed with the person responsible for the keys.
  7. Organizing social events in the apartment is prohibited. For organizing a social event that is a nuisance for other tenants, a penalty in the amount of the paid deposit may be charged.
  8. Obowiązuje zakaz palenia w apartamentach. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. In the event of breaking this prohibition, a penalty will be imposed in the amount of the collected deposit.
  9. In the apartments, it is possible to store ski equipment, but only on special ski hangers and using channels for flowing water. Ski boots should also be stored in the troughs. It is forbidden to bring ski equipment into bathrooms or rooms and to lean it against the walls, which could damage the paint coating. In the event of non-compliance with the ban, a fine is imposed in the amount of the collected deposit.
  10. In case of losing the keys to the apartment, the customer is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 50 gross.
  11. In the event of sudden and unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change the booked apartment.
  12. It is not allowed to bring pets with you. The apartment staff will refuse to provide accommodation to guests who have brought a pet to the facility. The guest of the apartment bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction caused by the animal to the equipment and technical devices of the apartment.
  13. An earlier departure of the guest, for reasons beyond the owner of the apartment, does not entitle him to demand a refund for the unused service.
  14. It is forbidden to use pyrotechnic and flammable materials inside the apartments, as well as on balconies . In the event of non-compliance with the ban, a fine is imposed in the amount of the collected deposit.
  15. Personal data provided to us by customers will be processed only for the purpose of making a reservation and for possible sending of information about seasonal promotions.
  16. It is forbidden to publish photos and other multimedia materials on which the apartment or its part can be identified without written consent. In particular, the ban applies to indecent materials that may damage the good name of the apartments.
  17. The apartments are equipped with electrical appliances such as a microwave oven with an oven function, an induction hob and a coffee machine. Please read the operating instructions or ask the person responsible for issuing the keys how to use them.

LUXURY OF ACCESSIBILITY

The access to our apartments is really easy. The building is designed and adapted also for disabled persons , who may use lift. Moreover as our Guest you may use individual parking place and special room for skis and bicycles.
